Sumo Sushi Hibachi Thai just opened and it’s already a hidden gem. I usually try sashimi first when visiting a new Japanese restaurant because it’s the best way to tell how fresh the ingredients are — and Sumo Sushi Hibachi Thai did not disappoint! The fish was incredibly fresh, buttery, and cut perfectly. The restaurant is new, clean, and the staff were very welcoming. I’m so happy to have discovered this place — will definitely be back soon!
